Customer rating and review terms

These Terms of Use govern your behavior in relation to the Customer Ratings and Review service offered by Dyson (the CRR Service). In the event of any conflict between Dyson's Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use, these Terms of Use control against the CRR Service.

By submitting any content to Dyson, you represent and warrant that:

• you are the sole author and owner of the intellectual property rights;
• Any “moral rights” you may have in such content are voluntarily waived by you;
• all content you submit is accurate;
• If you are a minor under the age of 18, you are at least 13 18 years old, provided that you can only use the CRR service with the participation of a parent or guardian;
• The use of the content you provide does not violate these Terms of Use and does not harm any person or organization.

You further acknowledge and agree that you will not submit any content:

• known by you to be false, inaccurate or misleading;
• infringes any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;
• Violates any law, statute, regulation or regulation (including but not limited to export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising);
• be considered defamatory, libelous, hateful, racially or religiously biased or offensive, illegally threatening or unlawfully harassing any individual, partnership or organization;
• For receiving compensation or compensation from any third party;
• containing information that refers to other websites, addresses, email addresses, contact information or phone numbers;
• Containing computer viruses, worms, or other potentially harmful computer programs or files.

You agree to indemnify and hold Dyson (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees, and third-party service providers, including without limitation, Bazaarvoice, Inc.) harmless from all claims, demands, and damages. (True and consequential of any kind and nature, known and unknown, including reasonable attorneys' fees arising from breach of your above-mentioned representations and warranties or violation of rights of third parties).

For any content you submit, Dyson is granted a wholly, irrevocable, copyright-free, non-transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works and/or sell; and/or or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into the entire world, medium or technology without compensation to you.

All content you submit is available at Dyson's sole discretion. Dyson reserves the right to modify, condense or delete any content on Dyson's website that Dyson, in its sole discretion, deems to violate the content rules or other provisions of these Terms of Use. Dyson does not warrant that you will make any application through Dyson to edit or delete any content you post. Ratings and written comments are usually posted within two to four business days. However, Dyson reserves the right to remove or refuse to post any submission for any reason. You agree that you are responsible for the content of your submission, and not to Dyson. None of the content you submit is subject to any fiduciary duty on Dyson, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or third-party service providers or their directors, officers and employees.

By submitting your email address regarding your rating and evaluation, you agree that Dyson and its third-party service providers may use your email address to contact you regarding the status of your review and for other administrative purposes. Screen reader support is enabled.
